摘要
本文主要对130L螺旋型切割钢丝和140直钢丝在切割过程中的使用性能进行对比。结果表明:与140切割直钢丝相比,在生产效率方面,130L螺旋型切割钢丝的最高下刀速度提高了25.9%,单刀的加工时间缩短了20%;在使用浆料方面,130L螺旋型切割钢丝的砂浆使用量下降了22.2%。通过分析钢丝直径变化,130L螺旋线在切割过程中为均匀磨损。
In this paper,the performance of 130 L spiral cutting wire and 140 straight wire in the cutting process is compared.The results show that the maximμm cutting speeds of 130 L spiral cutting wire is 25.9%higher than that of 140 cutting straight wire,and the processing time of single cutting wire is 20%shorter.Through the analysis of steel wire diameter variation,the 130 L helix is evenly worn during the cutting process.
