摘要
本文设计并合成了一种用808nm激发的增强上转换纳米发光材料,首先将Ca^2+掺杂到Yb/Tm:NaGdF4中,实验表明可以制备出尺寸较均一的纳米粒子。然后通过两步溶剂热法涂覆NaYF4:Nd/Yb,"核-壳"设计可在壳层中高浓度掺杂Nd^3+(50 mmol%),从而显着增强了活化剂的上转换发射。最后在最外层包覆了惰性层NaGdF4形成"核-壳-壳"结构稀土上转换纳米颗粒(UCNPs),发光强度明显大幅度提高增强了20多倍。为了改变纳米粒子的溶解性从油性到水溶性在其表面包覆了SiO2,这为其生物应用提供一种很好的条件。
In this paper,an enhanced up-conversion nanoluminescence strategy with 808 nm excitation is designed and synthesized.Firstly,Experiments show that doping Ca^2+into Yb/Tm:NaGdF4 can prepare nanoparticles with uniform size.Then NaYF4:Nd/Yb was applied by a two-step solvothermal method.The"core-shell"design can dope Nd^3+(50 mmol%)at a high concentration in the shell,thereby significantly enhancing the up-conversion emission of the activator.Finally,the outermost layer was coated with an inert layer of NaGdF4 to form a"core-shell-shell"rare earth up-conversion nanoparticles(UCNPs),and the luminous intensity was significantly increased,which was increased by about 20 times.In order to change the solubility of the nanoparticles from oily to water-soluble,the surface is coated with SiO2,which provides a good platform for biological applications.
