摘要
分析日落黄在化妆品中,产生的褪色原因。采用紫外分光光度法测试日落黄的吸光度,在不同条件下对色素的保存率进行评估。在水溶液、AES和K12A溶液中,日落黄分别通过不同pH值、光照、室内保存、恒温(45±2)℃的条件下,经过60天的实验测试,并记录各自的吸光度值。通过测试结果发现,日落黄在弱酸性条件下,有较好的耐热、耐光性;弱碱性条件下,保存率有轻微降低;K12A铵离子的不稳定性,导致体系发生氧化还原反应,从而引起保存率减低,产生褪色现象。
To analyze the cause of fading of Sunset Yellow in cosmetics,the absorbance of sunset yellow was measured by UV Spectrophotometer,and the retention rate of pigment was evaluated under different conditions.In AES and K12A aqueous solution,sunset yellow was tested for 60 days under the conditions of different pH value,illumination,indoor preservation and constant temperature(45±2℃),and their absorbance values were recorded respectively.The results showed that sunset yellow had good heat and light resistance under weak acid condition;the preservation rate decreased slightly under weak alkaline condition;and the instability of K12A ammonium ions leads to the redox reaction of the system,which causes the reduction of the preservation rate and the fading phenomenon.
