摘要 泡沫特性是滑油的的一项重要性能指标,它是评估油品生成泡沫的倾向性及稳定性的重要参数。在实际使用中润滑油由于受到震荡,搅动等作用,使空气进入润滑油中形成气泡。利用奥林巴斯显微镜观察氧化铝扩散头和进口金属扩散头的内部结构,经发现,两者均存在较大的差异,为能测出更精准可靠的结果,下面对两者进行详细分析。 Foam property is an important performance index of lubricating oil,and it is an important parameter to evaluate the tendency and stability of oil products to produce foam.In the actual use of the oil due to the vibration,agitation and other effects,so that the air into the oil bubbles.The internal structure of the alumina diffusion head and the imported metal diffusion head were observed by Olympus microscope,and it was found that there was a big difference between the two.In order to obtain more accurate and reliable results,detailed analysis of the two was conducted below.
