天然乳液在内墙涂料中的应用

Application of Waterborne Natural Emulsion in Interior Wall Coatings

随着绿色、环保理念的深入,传统的合成乳液已经满足不了人们日趋严格的要求,发展无毒无害的天然乳液迫在眉睫。本文提供了天然乳液与传统合成乳液进行对比,发现两种乳液对涂料的大部分性能影响差别不大。天然乳液部分指标优于合成乳液。且采用特殊的干燥成膜方式,在干燥过程中不会产生任何有机挥发物,为纯天然可再生原料,不会对人类居住环境带来危险。在天然乳液用量为20%的涂料中,水性铁催干剂用量为0.5%下。干燥28天耐洗刷>20000次,干燥过程中释放气味极低。优于等于国际知名品牌的内墙涂料。

With the deepening of the green concept,the traditional synthetic emulsion has been unable to meet the increasingly stringent requirements,the development of non-toxic and harmless natural emulsion is imminent.In this paper,the natural emulsion and the traditional synthetic emulsion were compared and found that the performance of the two emulsions on the coating almost no difference.Partial properties of waterborne natural paint emulsions are better than synthetic emulsions.The use of special dry film,in the drying process will not produce any organic volatile,pure natural renewable raw materials,will not cause harm to human living environment.In the natural emulsion with 20%of the coating,the amount of water-based iron drier 0.5%.Dry 7 days washable>20000 times,the process of drying the release of very low odor.Better than the international famous brands of interior paint.
