摘要
基于表面声波传感器和亨利法则的原理,对发动机油中的燃油稀释进行定量分析,通过测定不同水平的燃油稀释对发动机润滑油的粘度、酸值、低温动力粘度等产生的影响。结果表明:表面声波传感器法测定燃油稀释的加标回收率在95%~105%之间结果可靠;燃油稀释的含量越大,润滑油的粘度、酸值、低温动力粘度的检测结果会出现规律性减少;燃油稀释含量大约在10.0%时,粘度等级已不满足使用要求,降低了发动机油的油膜强度,不能起到有效的抗磨作用。
Based on the principle of surface acoustic wave sensor and Henry’s law,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the fuel dilution in engine oil,and determines the influence of different levels of fuel dilution on the viscosity,acid value,low-temperature dynamic viscosity of engine oil,etc.Results show that the surface acoustic wave sensors method fuel dilution of standard addition between 95%~105%recovery result is reliable,the greater the content of fuel dilution,the test results of viscosity,acid value and low temperature dynamic viscosity of lubricating oil will decrease regularly;When the dilution content of fuel is about 10.0%,the viscosity grade cannot meet the requirements of use,which reduces the oil film strength of engine oil and cannot play an effective anti-wear role.
