管材耐慢速裂纹切口制样存在问题及优化分析

摘要 本文旨在讨论如何优化管材耐慢速裂纹扩展切口制样存在的问题,对其自动化和精确度提出更高要求:输入管材壁厚和切口所需深度后,可自动进行切口制样并利用光学准确测量切口深度。对于厚壁管材,可自动进行两种形式的铣刀配合,准确完成要求的切口深度,从而满足标准对切口制样的要求,保证耐慢速裂纹扩展试验结果的有效性,对聚烯烃管材的性能评价提供可靠的依据。 The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to optimize the pipe resistance to slow crack propagation problems of notch preparation,puts forward higher requirements to the automation and precision:the notch could be made by inputting the thickness of the pipe and the required depth,and the depth of the notch can be measured by using optical measurment.For thick wall pipes,two types of milling cutter can be used,so as to meet the requirements of standard sample preparation of notch,ensurethe validity of test results,and provide a reliable basis for the performance evaluation of polyolefin pipes.
