3D打印技术化学事故专业救援人员培训上的应用

摘要 化学事故多是设备故障引起的危险化学品外泄,这需要化学事故专业救援人员首先掌握相关设备构造原理,才能进一步进行救援处置。本文从3D打印技术现状出发浅析3D打印技术在危险化学品设备装置构造识别、相应零部件制作及化学事故处置应急堵漏作业上的应用。 Chemical accidents are mostly the leakage of dangerous chemicals caused by equipment failure,which requires the professional rescue personnel to master the relevant equipment structure principle first,then further rescue disposal.Based on the current situation of 3 D printing technology,this paper analyzes the application of 3 D printing technology in the construction identification of hazardous chemical equipment,the production of corresponding parts and components,and the treatment of chemical accidents.
