摘要
本文介绍了某经济开发区污水处理工程,设计规模为30000 m^3/d,该工程采用"细格栅--沉砂池--厌氧水解池--卡鲁赛尔氧化沟--单阀过滤--紫外消毒"工艺。本文对设计参数、设计理念、各个工艺段效率和运行费用进行了分析。本污水处理厂出水部分中水回用,部分排放。厌氧水解池的设计有机负荷为1.69 kg COD/(m^3·d)时,COD去除率30%以上;卡鲁赛尔氧化沟的设计有机负荷为0.43 kg COD/(m^3·d)时,COD去除率为85%以上,最后经过单阀过滤和紫外消毒之后出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准中的A标准。
This paper introduced a sewage treatment project in an economic development zone,with a design scale of 30000 m^3/d.This paper analyzed the design parameters,design concept,efficiency and operation cost of each process section.The effluent of this sewage treatment plant was partially recycled and partially discharged.When the designed organic load of anaerobic hydrolysis tank was 1.69 kg COD/(m^3·d),the COD removal rate was above 30%.When the designed organic load of carussel oxidation ditch was 0.43 kg COD/(m^3·d),the removal rate of COD was above 85%.Finally,after single-valve filtration and ultraviolet disinfection,the effluent water quality should be in accordance with A standard in the first level standard of《Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant》(GB18918-2002).
