摘要
设计了通过简单的气相色谱仪和简易的实验条件下,在有限时间内对混合样进行分离,并对其进行定性分析、定量校正因子的测定和归一化法测定混合样中各组分含量的综合实验,为充分利用现有实验条件,有效提高教学效果进行了探索。
In order to make full use of the existing experimental conditions and effectively improve the teaching effect, a comprehensive experiment was designed to separate the mixed samples in a limited time by simple gas chromatograph and simple experimental conditions, and to carry out qualitative analysis, quantitative correction factor determination and normalization method to determine the content of each component in the mixed samples.
