棉蚜和棉长管蚜对三种杀虫剂的敏感性及其解毒酶活性比较

摘要 本文采用浸叶生测法和生化分析方法测定棉蚜和棉长管蚜对吡虫啉、氟啶虫酰胺、吡蚜酮的敏感性以及两种蚜虫的解毒酶活性。结果显示阿拉尔地区棉蚜对吡虫啉的敏感性明显低于棉长管蚜(P<0.05),棉蚜和棉长管蚜对氟啶虫酰胺和吡蚜酮的敏感性无明显差异(P>0.05)。棉蚜体内的羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性均高于棉长管蚜,棉蚜三种解毒酶活性分别是棉长管蚜的3.75倍、1.40倍和12.22倍,其中羧酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶都达到了显著水平(P<0.05)。研究结果可为防治棉花蚜虫合理施药提供参考。 Leaf soaking bioassay and biochemical analysis method were used to analyze the sensitivity of Aphis gossypii and Acyrthosiphon gossypii to imidacloprid,flutamide and pymetrozine.Results show that the susceptibilities of Aphis gossypii to imidacloprid in Alar was lower than that of Acyrthosiphon gossypii(P<0.05),but the sensitivity of Aphis gossypii and Acyrthosiphon gossypii to flutamide and pymetrozine were no significant difference(P>0.05).The activities of carboxyl esterase(CarE),glutathione-S-transferase(GST)and acetylcholinesterase(AchE)in Aphis gossypii were higher than that of Acyrthosiphon gossypii,three kinds of detoxifying enzyme activity in Aphis gossypii were 3.75,1.40 and 12.22 times higher than that of Acyrthosiphon gossypii.Among them,the activity difference of the CarE and AchE reached significant level(P<0.05).The results could provide reference for the rational application of insecticides to control cotton aphid.
