槟榔花综合利用研究进展

摘要 槟榔花是一类比较重要的植物资源,含有丰富的槟榔多酚、槟榔碱和黄酮类物质等活性成分。目前研究表明,槟榔花具有降血糖血脂胆固醇、抗氧化、抗菌等生理活性,同时具有止咳、健胃等药理活性,有着较大的开发利用潜力和价值。但现阶段对于槟榔花的综合利用研究尚不深入,且槟榔花中的槟榔多酚和槟榔碱等活性成分易受到干燥条件、提取条件等影响,槟榔花中的活性成分的损失较大,降低槟榔花的利用价值。采用条件较为温和的新型干燥、提取、纯化工艺则可以尽可能避免槟榔花活性物质的损失。对槟榔花进行进一步精深研究亟待开展。该文对槟榔花的化学成分、综合利用技术及其提取物的生理活性进行阐述,以期为槟榔花进一步的精深加工研究提供理论依据和研究思路。 Areca flowers are a relatively important class of plant resources,rich in alkaloids,polyphenols,flavonoids,amino acids and other active substances.Current research shows that areca flowers are rich in alkaloids,polyphenols,flavonoids,amino acids and other active substances has low blood sugar,cholesterol,antioxidants,antibacterial and other physiological activities,as well as antitussive,stomachic and other pharmacological activities,and has great potential for development and utilization.However,there is no in-depth study on the comprehensive utilization of areca nuts.The active ingredients such as areca polyphenols and arecoline in areca are susceptible to drying conditions and extraction conditions.A large amount of active ingredients in areca nuts is lost,which reduces the use value of areca nuts.The new type of drying,extraction and purification processes can be carried out under milder conditions to avoid the loss of areca nuts active substances as much as possible.There is an urgent need for more in-depth research on areca nutss.This article introduces the chemical composition and comprehensive utilization technology of areca flower,as well as the physiological activity of areca flower extract,hoping to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for further processing of areca flower.
