摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了高性能纳米Cu/SiO2催化剂,并将其应用于芳香酮的加氢反应。采用ICP、XRD、H2-TPR、TEM、N2物理吸附和XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征分析。比较了催化剂制备方式对加氢反应的影响。同时对芳香酮的加氢反应工艺条件进行了探究,结果表明:在最佳反应条件下,苯乙酮基本完全转化。采用溶胶凝胶法制备的Cu/SiO2催化剂相较于共沉淀法,具有更小的颗粒粒径,活性物种分散性良好。最后对反应的苯乙酮加氢机理进行了探究,Cu^0和Cu^+的协同作用提高了催化剂的活性和稳定性。
In this paper,high performance nano Cu/SiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method for hydrogenation of aromatic ketones.The catalyst was characterized by ICP,XRD,H2-TPR,TEM,N2-adsorption and XPS.The influence of preparation method of Cu/SiO2 catalysts on hydrogenation performance of acetophenone was investigated.The results showed that Cu/SiO2 catalyst prepared by sol-gel method had small particle size and good dispersion of active species compared with the co-precipitation method.The acetophenone was almost completely transformed under the optimal conditions.Besides,the hydrogenation mechanism of acetophenone was further studied.It was found that the synergistic effect of Cu^0 and Cu^+improved the activity and stability of the catalyst.
