摘要
针对固定管板热交换器分别在管程正压和壳程正压的作用下,对管板、换热管及壳程筒体进行受力分析,并研究设置膨胀节后上述受压元件应力的变化趋势,阐明其变化趋势受管板和壳体、管箱的连接方式以及管板不布管区范围所制约。同时,也分析了膨胀节刚度对上述各元件应力的影响。根据分析研究结果,总结出特定条件下管板、换热管及壳程筒体的应力性质和设置膨胀节后的应力变化趋势。
In this article,for fixed tubesheet heat exchanger under the conditions that positive pressures act on shell side and tube side respectively,the loads on tubesheet,tube and cylindrical shell were analyzed.The change trends of the stresses in these parts when expansion joint was used were studied.It was indicated that the trends were restricted and influenced with the connecting structures of tubesheet with cylindrical shell and tubes as well as the unperforated tubesheet rim.The effect of the stiffness of expansion joint to the stresses in the parts mentioned above was also analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the identities of the stresses in tubesheet,tube and cylindrical shell and their change trends were summarized.
