摘要
总结了管壳式换热器管束振动的机理和判据,提出了预防管束振动发生的多种措施。同时借助于换热器计算软件HTRI的振动分析模块,对PTA工厂中某浆料预热器进行了振动模拟分析。通过设计参数的调整,在设计阶段即可预防振动的发生。
The mechanism and criterion of the vibration of bundle in tubular heat exchanger were summarized in this article,and several measures for protecting bundle vibration were presented.By using the vibration analysis module in software HTRI for design of heat exchanger,the analysis of vibrating simulation for the bundle in slurry preheater used in PTA plant was performed.With adjustment of design parameters,the vibration of bundle can be prevented in design stage.
