摘要
针对闭式安全阀泄放系统,建立了安全阀出口管道的三维模型。使用计算流体力学软件Fluent模拟了安全阀的瞬态泄放过程,得到了出口管道弯头处的泄放反力。将模拟得到的泄放反力导入泄放管道应力分析模型,使用CAESARⅡ程序进行时程分析,计算了泄放管道在泄放力作用下的动态响应。结果显示,过长的直管段导致泄放管道内存在较大的瞬态不平衡力,并进一步产生较大的动位移和动应力。在相应直管段设置轴向限位架可有效降低管道系统的动位移和动应力。
For closed safety valve release system,3D model was established for the piping at safety valve outlet.The transient release process of safety valve was simulated by using software FLUENT.The reacting force at the elbow of the outlet was obtained.The force then was introduced into stress analysis model for release piping and by using software CAESARⅡ,the time-history analysis was carried out and the dynamic response of the release piping under the action of release reacting force was calculated.It was shown that relatively large transient unbalanced force existed in release piping due to quite long straight piping section,and large dynamic displacement and dynamic stresses were then produced.Thus axial limit restraint can be located at straight piping section to effectively reduced dynamic displacement and dynamic stresses.
