Selection of Gasket in Flange Connected with Pressure Piping

为了工业生产的安全,尽量减少法兰的泄漏,本文通过对工业管道法兰、螺栓和垫片标准的介绍,以及对比各标准之间的差异,并结合实际项目中的使用经验,介绍了工业管道法兰配套螺栓垫片的选用原则,并指出了我国螺栓垫片相关标准的相关问题。通过研究发现,我国的螺栓垫片标准还需要更多的借鉴国外相关标准,发展出更加完善的法兰螺栓垫片配套材料标准及选用标准。

In this article,with the introduction of flange,bolt and gasket used in industrial piping and from the comparison of different standards and the experiences in practical engineering,the rules in selection of the bolt and gasket for matching bolted flange were stated,and some problems existed in the relevant bolt and gasket standards in China were indicated.It was found through the investigation that more foreign standards should be referenced so as to improve our bolt and gasket standards.
