立式储气罐支承式支座优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 以1.5 m^3立式储气罐为研究对象,结合NB/T 47065.4-2018《支承式支座》中对支座垫板的要求,以及利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其封头处的应力进行分析和校核,发现封头局部应力集中区仍尚有改进的地方,针对这一点,基于响应面法和多目标遗传算法的组合对支承式支座垫板进行结构尺寸的优化。通过结果的比较发现,经过优化设计的支座垫板可以显著降低成本。 Exampled with 1.5 m^3 vertical gas storage tank,and based on NB/T 47065.4-2018"Bracket Support"for the requirements for cushion plate,the stresses in the head were analyzed and checked by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.It was found that the improvement for the head was possible for where high local stress existed.Thus using multi-objective genetic algorithm combined with response surface method,the structural sizes of cushion plate in the bracket support was optimized.From the results of comparison,it was demonstrated that the cost for cushion plate can be remarkably reduced after optimization was carried out.
