In this article,the structure,technical characteristics and main function of polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace used in solar photovoltaic industry as the key equipment was introduced.Also the main materials in the equipment,geometric tolerances,welding and surface polishing processes were described in detail.Appropriate and standardized processes were specified according to the features of the equipment,the properties of the materials,the requirements for fabrication and working condition,with which equipments had been successfully manufactured.
