摘要 讨论了太阳能光伏行业多晶硅生产关键核心设备多晶硅还原炉结构、技术特征和主要功能,同时对设备主体材料、形位公差、焊接以及表面抛光等关键工艺过程进行了详细介绍。根据设备特点、材料特性、制造要求、工况要求等制定相应合理、规范的工艺方法并成功应用在设备的制造中。 In this article,the structure,technical characteristics and main function of polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace used in solar photovoltaic industry as the key equipment was introduced.Also the main materials in the equipment,geometric tolerances,welding and surface polishing processes were described in detail.Appropriate and standardized processes were specified according to the features of the equipment,the properties of the materials,the requirements for fabrication and working condition,with which equipments had been successfully manufactured.
