摘要
在高危泵机械密封辅助系统改造中,冲洗方案23、53B系统循环效果不好,管阻过大,导致密封液循环流通不畅,换热效果差,致使密封寿命过短。为解决此问题,针对国内行业标准机械密封循环保护系统及辅助装置中示例的换热器进行分析对比,并进行优化改进。优化后的换热器可减少管路阻力损失,增大流量,提高循环效果。
In the reform of auxiliary system of mechanical seal for high risk pumps in recent years,the circulation effect of Plan 23 and Plan 53B is poor in liquid circulation and the larger pipe resistance may result in a short life in mechanical seal.In order to solve this problem,the domestic industry standard heat exchangers used in circulation protection system and the auxiliary device of mechanical seal were analyzed and compared.The reform and optimization for the heat exchanger were carried out so that the loss of pipe resistance was reduced,the flow became larger and the circulation effect was improved.
