基于组合赋权法的家具厂粉尘爆炸风险评估研究

摘要 为加强家具厂管理,提升生产安全水平,对家具厂粉尘爆炸危险性进行研究。利用德尔菲法对危险因素进行打分,再运用基于德尔菲法的主观赋权法和基于熵值法的客观赋权法组合赋权进行权重分析,然后借助风险矩阵的思想建立爆炸可能性矩阵,对爆炸风险进行等级划分。研究表明,经过组合赋权后机械点火源权重值最高;基于组合赋权结果完成了爆炸可能性评估模型,各家具厂可作为参考,提升自身安全生产水平。 In order to strengthen the management of furniture factories and improve the safety level of production, the risk of dust explosion in furniture factories is studied. After using the Delphi method to score the risk factors, a weight analysis is carried out with the use the subjective weighting method based on the Delphi method and the objective weighting method based on the entropy method, and the risk of explosion is graded with the use of the possibility matrix of explosion established on the basis of the risk matrix idea. The research shows that the weight of the mechanical ignition source is the highest after the combined weighting;the explosion possibility evaluation model is completed based on the combined weighting result. Each furniture factory can take the result of this paper as a reference to improve its safety production level.
