穿刺线夹接触不良微观形貌特征研究

摘要 针对穿刺线夹在实际应用中由于安装技术不过关,造成接触点虚接,导致穿刺线夹与线缆发生接触不良的问题,利用数显力矩扳手和接触电阻测试仪量化表征穿刺线夹的力矩大小与接触电阻,将扭力为10~15 N·m定为接触不良样,其接触电阻为100~200 mΩ;将扭力为15 N·m以上定为正常工况下的标准对照样,其接触电阻为10 mΩ左右。再利用电气火灾事故模拟及痕迹制备装置进行穿刺线夹接触不良模拟试验及外部火烧试验,并就其熔痕形貌及特征进行微观分析,总结其熔痕的微观形貌特征规律,为此类火灾事故认定提供依据。 In order to solve the problem of poor contact between the insulation piercing connectors and the cable due to the weak connection of contact points caused by the poor installation of insulation piercing connectors in practical application,the digital torque wrench and contact resistance tester were used in this study to measure the torque size of insulation piercing connectors and contact resistance.Poor contact occurs when the torque is between 10~15 N·m and the contact resistance is between 100~200 mΩ.The contact is properly installed when the torque is above 15 N·m and the contact resistance is 10 mΩ.Poor contact simulation experiment of insulation piercing connectors and external fire experiment were carried out with the electrical fire accident simulation and trace preparation device.The appearance and characteristics of the melting marks are analyzed,and the characteristics of melting marks’micromorphology are summarized,so as to provide scientific evidence for the identification of such fire accidents.
