公安院校“课程思政”建设的必然逻辑与实践路径

Inevitable Logic and Practice Path of Constructing “Ideological and Political Education in Courses” in Public Security Colleges

公安院校类属普通高等院校范畴,要求在"课程思政"建设的全局导向中顺势而进;公安院校培养人民警察对象的特殊性,要求在"课程思政"建设的总体布局中突出特性。"课程思政"建设价值目标"政治认同"的第一指向,与公安院校"政治建校、政治育警"的核心理念达成一致。共性与个性的耦合,决定了公安院校开展"课程思政"建设的逻辑必然性,决定了通过课堂内外的思政要素挖掘、导入继而实现"课程思政"建设的可操作性。

As one of the ordinary institutions of higher learning, public security colleges should go with the tide of constructing "Ideological and Political Education in Courses". Because of the particularity of the object of training the people’s police, its characteristics should be highlighted in the construction process. Political identity is the primary goal of the construction, which is in agreement with the core concept of "political construction of schools and political education of police" in public security colleges. Due to the coupling of universality and individuality, it is logically necessary to integrate "Ideological and Political Education in Courses" in public security colleges, and operable to integrate "Ideological and Political Education in Courses" through the excavation and introduction of ideological and political elements inside and outside the classroom.
