摘要
通过对M学院教学秘书的调查访谈,结合M学院的教学秘书队伍建设,以及新形势下大学生思想状况的显著特点,分析应用型本科高校教学秘书队伍建设面临的挑战,提出建立教学秘书与思想政治辅导员之间的常态沟通机制,完善教学管理制度,以及加大教学秘书队伍建设的投入等对策,有效提高教学秘书的工作质量,保证教学工作的顺利运行,从而促进应用型本科高校的转型发展。
Through the investigation and interview of the teaching secretary of M university,combined with the construction of teaching secretary team of M university and the remarkable characteristics of college students'ideological state under the new situation,this paper analyzes the challenges of the construction of teaching secretary team in application-oriented universities,and then puts forward countermeasures on how to establish the interconnection between the teaching secretary and university counselor,improve educational management system,and increase input in developing the ranks of teaching secretary.These countermeasures can effectively improve teaching secretary's work efficiency,ensure the teaching routine,and thereby promoting the development and transformation of application-oriented universities.
