摘要
针对目前社区矫正系统出现的“人机不符”,未有效监管被矫正人员和人机交互困难等问题,提出基于人工智能的社区矫正定位系统。手机作为客户端与服务器的通信采用Socket+TCP协议。手机App端与网站界面操作简单,人机交互性强。人工智能的神经网络算法作为判断监管人员的信息的工具,有效判别被监管人员的身份,极大提高监管性能与效率,有效解决人工匹配工作的繁琐。
Aiming at the current Human-Computer Mismatch in the community correction system and the difficulty in effectively supervising the cor⁃rected person and human-computer interaction,an artificial intelligence-based community correction positioning system was proposed.The communication between the mobile phone as the client and the server uses the Socket+TCP protocol.The interface between the mo⁃bile phone App and the website is simple to operate and the human-computer interaction is strong.As a tool for judging the information of supervisors,the artificial neural network algorithm can effectively identify the identity of the supervisors,which greatly improves the super⁃vision performance and efficiency,and effectively solves the tedious task of manual matching.
