摘要
碳普惠制是广东省发改委实施的全国首个促进小微企业、家庭和个人碳减排的制度设计。碳普惠制的推广,可以促进人人低碳,人人受益。目前碳普惠制推广过程中,存在用户隐私保护、减排数据获取难以及参与度不高等问题。文中基于区块链的技术思想,研究了双循环碳普惠绿色通证的生态模型,采用不对称加密技术保护用户数据隐私,并通过绿色通证的流通交易,使生态系统内各参与方更便利地共享减碳量价值。该模型可建立于低碳社区、工业园区以及低碳城市等场景,是一种新的碳普惠模式。
Carbon Generalized System of Preferences(Carbon GSP)is the first system implemented by Guangdong National Development and Reform Commission to promote carbon reduction in small and micro enterprises,households and individuals.The promotion of Carbon GSP can promote low carbon for everyone and benefit everyone.In the current promotion process of Carbon GSP,there are problems such as user privacy protection,difficulty in obtaining emission reduction data,and low participation.This paper studies the ecological model of the double-cycle Carbon GSP green token,based on blockchain technology.The model adopt asymmetric encryption technology to protect user data privacy,and make the participants in the ecosystem more easily share the value of carbon reduction through the circulation of green tokens.The model can be established in low-carbon communities,industrial parks,and low-carbon cities.It is an innovation of the current Carbon GSP promotion model.
