生态文明建设下污染景区质量管理研究

Study on Quality Management of Polluted Scenic Spots under Ecological Civilization Construction

为了解决中国景区的污染问题,提升景区的环境质量,在生态文明建设的引导下提出污染景区质量管理方法。设计景区污染管理的标准,作为景区环境质量的评判目标。通过确定环境监测点、设置环境监测指标和设立监测预警机制三个步骤,构建景区环境实时监测体系。在该体系下,通过对比污染物负荷与环境纳污能力来计算景区环境的质量,并定位景区环境内的污染源。在生态文明建设下,通过制定并实施相应的管理措施,实现对污染景区环境质量的管理。

In order to solve the pollution problem of scenic spots in China and improve the environmental quality of scenic spots,the quality management method of polluted scenic spots is put forward under the guidance of ecological civilization construction.Design scenic spot pollution management standard is taken as a scenic spot environmental quality evaluation target.Through the three steps of environmental monitoring points determination,environmental monitoring indicators establishment and monitoring early warning mechanism setup,the construction of scenic spot environment real-time monitoring system is constructed.In this system,the environmental quality of the scenic area is calculated by comparing the pollutant load with the environmental capacity,and the pollution sources in the scenic area are located.In the construction of ecological civilization,through the formulation and implementation of the corresponding management measures,the environmental quality of the polluted scenic area management.Based on the verification experiment of scenic spot quality management effect,the conclusion is drawn that the water environment quality and atmospheric environment quality of polluted scenic spot have been improved after the application of the management method.
