低碳经济视域下乐山市户外休闲运动产业生态圈构建研究

Construction of Leshan Outdoor Leisure and Sports Industry Ecosystem from Perspective of Low Carbon Economy

乐山市是全国知名旅游城市,应寻求经济发展的同时更要注意保持生态环境不被破坏,户外休闲运动产业健康有序发展对乐山市的经济发展有重要意义。户外休闲运动产业在中国沿海发展的如火如荼,但在内地发展有一定延缓。文章从低碳经济发展角度出发,研究了产业生态圈的特点,对乐山市的户外休闲运动产业生态圈的层次结构模型及生态圈中的多维度进行分析,指出当地政府需要有计划、有步骤打造科学系统的产业生态圈,使产业结构更加合理,提升经济更为有效。

Leshan is a famous tourist city in China.Instead of only focusing on economic development,it s important to pay attention to keeping the ecological environment intact.The healthy and orderly development of outdoor leisure and sports industry is of great significance to the economic development of Leshan.The development of outdoor leisure sports industry is in full swing in China s coastal areas,but there is a certain delay in the development of the mainland.From the perspective of low-carbon economic development,this paper studies the characteristics of the industrial ecosystem,analyzes the hierarchical structure model of the outdoor leisure and sports industrial ecosystem in Leshan City and the multi-dimensional of the ecosystem,and points out that the local government needs to build a scientific and systematic industrial ecosystem in a planned and step-by-step way,so as to make the industrial structure more reasonable and improve the economy more effectively.
