摘要
以充分考虑河流两岸边界反射作用基为前提,基于同等强度目标源离岸排放,以河流横向波及、纵向移流为目标,确定河流界面任意位置的污染物浓度。为实现非同种污染物之间的同级标准浓度相对值差异最小,使用污染物相对浓度代替污染物实际浓度,计算水质污染损害指数,实现水质评价。将该模型应用于辽宁省西部某中宽河流的水质评价,结果显示:2010年-2016年水质污染情况逐年改善,2016年水质污染损害指数仅为9.71。说明该模型可利用水质污染损害指数有效评价水质污染情况。
On the premise of fully considering the reflection effect of the boundary on both banks of the river and based on the offshore discharge of the target source with the same intensity,the pollutant concentration at any position of the river interface is determined by taking the transverse and longitudinal flow of the river as the target.In order to minimize the difference of the relative value of the same level standard concentration between different pollutants,the relative concentration of pollutants is used to replace the actual concentration of pollutants,and the water pollution damage index is calculated to achieve water quality evaluation.The model is applied to the water quality evaluation of a middle wide river in the west of Liaoning Province.The results show that the water pollution situation has improved year by year from 2010 to 2016,and the water pollution damage index in 2016 is only 9.71.It shows that the model can effectively evaluate water pollution by using water pollution damage index.
