昆明市盘龙区蔬菜重金属含量及健康风险评估研究 被引量:2

Heavy Metal Contents and Health Risk Assessment of Vegetables Planted in Panlong District of Kunming

摘要 研究采集昆明周边地区典型农田土壤148份和常见蔬菜45种,分析了其中重金属Cu、Cd的含量,并对其重金属污染状况和健康风险进行了评估。结果表明叶菜类蔬菜Cu浓度最高;Cd在茄果类蔬菜中的平均值稍高于其他种类。Cd污染(P i>1)蔬菜品种有青椒、茄子等10种蔬菜。利用蔬菜日均摄入量模型计算Cu、Cd的日均摄入量远低于FAO/WHO限量标准。红贝贝生菜、绿奶油生菜等6种蔬菜的重金属复合目标风险系数TTHQ>1,长期食用对人体健康存在一定风险。 A total of 148 soil samples and 45 vegetable samples were collected from farmland in Panlong district,which is located in Kunming.The contents of Cu and Cd in all of samples were analyzed.Meanwhile,pollution index in the vegetable samples and healthy risk for adults and children with target hazard quotient(THQ)model were assessed.The results showed that higher Cu contents were detected in leafy vegetables.The average value of Cd in eggplant and fruit vegetables is slightly higher than others.Pollution indexes of 10 vegetable for Cd were greater than 1,including green pepper,eggplant and so on.The average daily intake of Cu and Cd were much lower than the FAO/WHO limit value.The TTHQ values of 6 vegetables were higher than 1,including red shellfish lettuce,green cream lettuce,etc.
