摘要
对Reppe法生产工艺中1,4-丁炔二醇(BYD)加氢制备1,4-丁二醇(BDO)所使用的固定床镍铝合金催化剂的失活原因进行了分析。找出了影响催化剂性能的关键因素,并给出了延长催化剂使用寿命的解决措施。采用优化措施后,一级反应器BYD加氢反应后副产丁醇质量分数比优化前减少了20%~40%,叔丁醇(TBA)质量分数减少了20%~40%,催化剂寿命可以延长20%~40%。通过延长BDO装置镍铝合金催化剂的使用寿命,可以减少副产物产生比例,降低生产成本,提高企业竞争力。
The deactivation reason of the fixed bed Ni-Al alloy catalyst used in the hydrogenation of 1,4-butynediol(BYD)to 1,4-butanediol(BDO)in Reppe process is analyzed.The key factors affecting the performance of catalyst are found out,and the measures to prolong the service life of catalyst are given.After the optimization,the by-product butanol and tertiary butanol(TBA)formed by hydrogenation of BYD in the first reactor are both reduced by 20%to 40%,and the catalyst life prolongs 20%to 40%.By prolonging the service life of Ni-Al alloy catalyst in BDO plant,the proportion of by-products and production cost can be reduced and the competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.
