摘要
针对目前危险和可操作性(HAZOP)分析存在主观性强、工作量大的缺点,将GO法引入HAZOP分析中,通过建立GO图模型,将系统工艺流程转化为能够反映系统单元状态及单元间逻辑关系的GO图,在GO图的基础上运用告警分析和因果依赖图(CDG)对各单元节点进行偏差分析,推导出偏差产生的原因及结果。GO-HAZOP推理方法在天然气输气站场调压子系统中的应用结果表明:该方法可以推导出使该子系统压力异常产生的原因及后果,使HAZOP分析模式由传统的专家组分析转换为GO图的建立和校验,是一种具有较好应用价值的安全分析方法。
In view of the disadvantages of strong subjectivity and heavy workload existing in the present method of hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis,the GO method is introduced to HAZOP analysis.By establishing the GO diagram model,the process flow of the system is transformed into a GO diagram that can reflect the state of system units and the logical relationship among units.On the basis of GO graph,alarm analysis and causal dependence graph(CDG)are applied to analyze the deviation of each unit node,and deduce the causes and results of the deviation.The GO-HAZOP inference method is applied to the pressure regulating subsystem of the natural gas transmission station,and the causes and consequences of the abnormal pressure of the subsystem are deduced.This method makes HAZOP analysis mode transform from traditional expert group analysis to the establishment and verification of GO graph,which greatly saves labor cost.GO-HAZOP safety analysis method has important practical significance.
