环渤海地区海洋渔业生态系统脆弱性的时空演变及影响因素分析

Spatiotemporal Evolution of Marine Fishery Ecosystem Vulnerability and Its Influencing Factors in Bohai Rim Region

坚持海洋渔业可持续发展是建设海洋强国的重要举措。本文以脆弱性为切入点,建立环渤海地区海洋渔业生态系统脆弱性指标体系,运用脆弱性函数模型、Arcgis10.2和障碍度模型探究2006-2018年环渤海地区海洋渔业生态系统脆弱性时空演变趋势及其影响因素。结果表明:在时间尺度上,2006-2018年间环渤海地区海洋渔业生态系统脆弱性呈现"平稳上升--平稳下降--大幅上升"的阶段性变化;在空间视角上,环渤海地区海洋渔业生态系统脆弱性指数表现为由北向南缓慢提高。面对这一演变特征,应建立相应的海洋灾害预报警机制,加大对海域污染治理力度,增强海洋科技实力。

Adhere to the sustainable development of marine fisheries and lay a solid foundation for building a marine power. Taking vulnerability as the starting point, the system of vulnerability index of marine fishery ecosystem in Bohai Rim area is established, and the trend and influencing factors of the vulnerability of marine fishery ecosystem in Bohai Rim area are explored by using the vulnerability function model, Arcgis 10.2 and obstacle model.The results show that on the time scale, the vulnerability of marine fishery ecosystem in the Bohai Rim area between2006 and 2018 shows a steady increase-a steady decline-a significant increase in the characteristics of the periodic changes.
