突发公共卫生事件视角下健康乡村建设问题若干思考

Some Thoughts on Healthy Rural Construction from the Perspective of Sudden Public Health Events

2020年新年伊始,在抗击突发的新冠肺炎疫情过程中进一步暴露出广大乡村医疗卫生服务体系建设存在的诸多短板。结合乡村振兴战略的实施,以此次新冠肺炎疫情为切入点,对当前健康乡村建设存在的突出短板进行分析和探讨,并在此基础上提出加快构建与经济发展和新时期广大乡村民众对医疗卫生需求相适应的乡村医疗卫生服务体系建设的对策建议。

The sudden epidemic of COVID-19 in Wuhan, Hubei Province in the New Year further exposed many shortcomings in the construction of rural medical and health service system. Combined with the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and taking the epidemic situation of COVID-19 as a starting point, this paper analyzes and discusses the outstanding shortcomings in the current healthy rural construction, and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the construction of rural medical and health service system in line with economic development and the medical and health needs of the broad masses of rural people in the new period. It is expected to provide reference for improving the level of rural medical and health services and the ability to deal with public health emergencies.
