The Development Context,New Trends and Enlightenment ofSocial Enterprises in South Korea

社会企业在解决就业等社会问题和为地区居民提供社会服务等方面做出不同于以往经验的新贡献,引起各国政府、企业、非营利组织、学者和媒体对社会企业的广泛关注。韩国社会企业发展道路以及特征与其他国家有较明显的不同,韩国国内有研究者称之为“韩国型社会企业”。通过梳理韩国社会企业发展背景、制度环境、社会企业认证制等特征,探索社会企业可持续发展之路。

Social enterprises have made new contributions different from previous experiences in solving social problems such as employment and providing social services to local residents.This has caused widespread concern of governments,enterprises,non-profit organizations,scholars and the media on social enterprises.The develop⁃ment path and characteristics of Korean social enterprises are significantly different from those of other countries.Some researchers in Korea call it“Korean-style social enterprises”.Through the development of Korean social enterprise development background,institutional environment,social enterprise certification system and other char⁃acteristics,it explores the sustainable development of social enterprises.
