随着大数据、区块链、人工智能等信息技术的不断发展,数字经济开始渗透到社会的各领域、各环节,成为推动城市发展的重要引擎。海绵城市建设作为城市高质量发展的重要组成部分,应当抓住数字经济带来的机遇。本文主要介绍数字经济的内涵及发展态势,梳理海绵城市建设存在的问题,分析数字经济在海绵城市建设中的作用,通过建立智慧化的管理模式、突破技术瓶颈、培育数字人才、提供资金保障、提高公众参与度等路径进一步加快海绵城市建设。

With the continuous rise of information technologies such as big data,blockchain and artificial intel⁃ligence,the digital economy has gradually penetrated into all areas and links of society,becoming an important en⁃gine to promote urban development.As an important part of high-quality urban development,Sponge City Construc⁃tion should seize the opportunities brought by the digital economy.Firstly,the connotation and development trend of the digital economy are mainly introduced.Secondly,the problems existing in the Sponge City Construction are combed.Thirdly,the important role of the digital economy in the Sponge City Construction is put forward.The Sponge City Construction can be further enhanced through the establishment of intelligent management models,breakthroughs in technological bottlenecks,cultivation of digital talents,provision of funding guarantees,and in⁃creased public participation.
