消费对经济发展具有基础性和引领性作用。新中国成立70年以来,我国居民消费实现了质的飞跃。结合消费演进规律,应用"制度-行为-结构"的分析框架,全景与重点相结合、宏观与微观相结合,对新中国70年居民消费生活的发展变化进行梳理,概述居民消费领域取得的重要成就,并对新时代美好生活需要日益成为主流条件下的居民消费趋势进行展望。

Consumption has a fundamental and leading role in economic development. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago, China’s residents’ consumption has achieved a qualitative leap. Combined with the law of consumption evolution, the analysis framework of system behavior structure, the combination of panorama and key points, and the combination of macro and micro aspects, this paper combs the development and changes of residents’ consumption life in the 70 years of new China, summarizes the important achievements in the field of residents’ consumption, and looks forward to the trend of residents’ consumption under the condition that the demand for a better life in the new era which is increasingly becoming the mainstream.
