浙江县域新发展评价分型及空间效应研究

A Study on the Classification and Spatial Effects of New County Development Evaluation in Zhejiang

创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大新发展理念是当前阶段我国经济破解发展难题、厚植发展优势的重要抓手。论文以五大发展理念为依托,以浙江县域为对象,构建了县域新发展指标体系,对浙江县域的新发展情况进行了评测与分析。在此基础上,利用五大维度指数对浙江县域进行聚类分析,划分出资源经济型、高度发达型、全面发展型和海岛经济型等四种发展类型。并进一步使用空间自回归模型,证明了浙江县域的新发展状况在多个维度存在"虹吸效应"。最后,针对浙江新发展指数评测所表现出来的特征和问题,论文提出平衡发展空间布局、提升要素配置效率等政策建议。

Five major development concepts, innovation, co-ordination, green, openness and sharing, are important to tackle development dilemma and bring out comparative advantages in China. This paper applies five major development concepts to the evaluation of the economic development in Zhejiang province, constructing a new development index and analyzing economic development at the county level. Moreover, we apply cluster analysis on the five-dimensions of new development index to counties in Zhejiang and find four types of economies, namely resource economy, developed economy, comprehensive economy and island economy. With spatial autoregressive regressions, we find network effects in new development in Zhejiang counties. Last, in terms of the characteristics and problems of new development in Zhejiang counties, we raise policy implications to improve spatial balances and production factor efficiency.
