新疆西北部区域经济发展差异的产业分解研究

Industrial Decomposition of Regional Economic Development Differences in Northwest Region of Xinjiang

本文利用泰尔指数模型、产业同构系数、产业区位熵、产业结构熵等方法对新疆西北部区域经济发展差异的产业效应进行分解,分析2011-2017年产业结构变动状况及区域差异变化的主要原因。研究结果显示:新疆西北部区域经济空间差异总体呈现逐步缩小的趋势,而经济差异主要集中在兵团五个师内部,从产业结构视角看,第二产业发展不均衡是造成新疆西北部区域经济空间差异的主要原因,而随着第三产业的比重提高,第二产业对新疆西北部区域经济空间差异的影响力在下降,第三产业将成为极其重要的因素。产业分解效应显示,引起新疆西北部区域经济空间发展差异变化的最重要的因素是产业发展的比较优势和结构效应。

With the adoption of Theil Index, industrial isomorphic coefficient, industrial location entropy, and industrial structure entropy, this paper decomposes the industrial structure and industrial effects of northwest region of Xinjiang with the purpose of finding out the regional economy space disparities from 2011 to 2017 and main reasons which led to the disparities. The study results show that the regional economy space disparities of northwest region of Xinjiang are gradually narrowing. The economy disparities mainly exist in five divisions of Xinjiang Corps,from the perspective of industrial structure, regional economy space disparities in northwest region of Xinjiang are attributed to the unbalanced development of the secondary industry to a large degree. However, with the rise of tertiary industry proportion, the influence from the secondary industry is decreasing and the tertiary industry will be the most important factor. The results from industrial effects decomposition show that the comparative advantages and structural effect of industrial development carry the most importance to account for the changes of regional economy space disparities in the northwest region of Xinjiang.
