摘要
构建城市化与生态环境评价指标并进行交互胁迫关系验证,综合耦合协调度与相对发展度概念,提出生态环境与城市化耦合协调的"四阶段稳态"划分方式,并分析西部11省城市化与生态环境的耦合协调发展关系。结果表明:西部地区城市化发展水平、生态环境承载能力以及耦合协调度稳步提升,相对发展度逐步降低,稳态阶段有序更替;协调发展存在明显的"西北-西南"区域差异,且存在耦合协调发展凹地,西部地区应因地制宜制定区域发展规划。
Constructing the evaluation index of urbanization and ecological environment and verifying the interactive coercive relationship, synthesizing the concepts of coupling coordination degree and relative development degree, putting forward the concept of "four-stage steady state" for the coordinated development of ecological environment and urbanization, and analyzing the coupling and coordinated development relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in 11 provinces of Western China. The results show that: The level of urbanization development, the carrying capacity of ecological environment and the degree of coupling and coordination in the western region have steadily increased, the relative degree of development has gradually decreased, and the steady-state stage has been orderly replaced;there are obvious regional differences between the northwest and southwest regions in the coordinated development, and there are concave areas of coupling and coordinated development. The western region should make regional development plans according to local conditions.
