基于绿色创业的京津冀环保应急产业链整合研究

Research on Integration of Environmental Emergency Industry Chain in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Based on Green Entrepreneurship

资源与环境问题是人类面临的共同挑战,推动绿色创业、实施绿色新政是全球主要经济体的共同选择。文章从绿色创业的视角出发,对京津冀环保应急产业链整合问题进行了研究。在阐明了绿色创业是实现环保应急产业高质量发展的必然选择的基础上,考察了京津冀环保应急产业链目前存在的问题,并提出了产业链整合的路径,即把企业、高校、科研院所等主体整合到柔性协同创新联盟里,把产业链与创新链、互联网链接起来。微观层面,企业应切实开展绿色创业活动。宏观层面,政府可从需求侧、供给侧、环境侧三个维度构建市场导向的绿色创新创业支撑体系,以推进京津冀环保应急产业高质量发展。

The problem of resources and environment is a common challenge faced by human.Promoting green entrepreneurship and implementing green new policies are the common choices of major economies in the world.From the perspective of green entrepreneurship,this paper studies the integration of environmental emergency industry chain in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.On the basis of clarifying that green entrepreneurship is an inevitable choice to achieve high-quality development of environmental emergency industry,this paper investigates the existing problems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei environmental emergency industry chain,and puts forward the path of industrial chain integration that is to integrate enterprises,universities,research institutes and other subjects into the flexible collaborative innovation alliance,and link the industrial chain with the innovation chain and the Internet.At the same time,enterprises at the micro level should earnestly carry out green entrepreneurship activities,and at the macro level,the government can construct a market-oriented green innovation and entrepreneurship support system from three dimensions of demand,supply and environment,so as to promote the high-quality development of the environmental emergency industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
