摘要
作为战略性新兴产业重要构成的新一代信息技术产业,是国民经济增长的重要基础,系统化的创新是其重要特征。通过多案例比较研究方法,分析信息技术产业创新系统的知识流动和演化复杂系统特性,深入探讨了知识和技术领域、行为者、政府和制度以及交互网络等维度。在基于认知理论对创新的层次进行分析的基础上,进一步讨论了认知视角下的信息技术产业创新系统中的知识流动机制。研究发现,创新系统的效率提升关键点在于促进知识态势的转换,将演化复杂系统和认知方法应用于信息技术产业创新系统研究具有现实意义。
The new generation of information technology industry is an important foundation for the growth of the national economy. Systematic innovation is an important feature. This paper analyzes the knowledge flow and evolutionary complex system characteristics of the information technology industry innovation system through multicase comparative research methods, and deeply explores the dimensions of knowledge and technology, actors, government and institutions, and interactive networks. Based on the analysis of the level of innovation based on cognitive theory, the knowledge flow mechanism in the information technology industry innovation system from the perspective of cognition is further discussed. The research finds that the key point of efficiency improvement of innovation system is to promote the transformation of knowledge situation, and it is of practical significance to apply evolutionary complex systems and cognitive methods to the research of information technology industry innovation system.
