摘要
运用DEA-BCC模型测算了内陆地区的创新效率,选取内陆地区2005-2018年的面板数据,从外资、外贸、跨境旅游等多个维度检验了对外开放对创新效率的影响。结果表明,内陆地区的创新效率呈上升趋势,对外开放对内陆地区创新效率的影响结果不确定。其中,FDI、OFDI提升了内陆地区的创新效率,进出口贸易和跨境旅游阻碍了内陆地区创新效率提升。分区域来看,OFDI提升了中部和西部地区的创新效率;跨境旅游不利于中部和西部地区的创新效率提升;进出口贸易提升了中部地区创新效率却阻碍西部地区创新效率的提升;FDI促进了西部地区创新效率提升却不利于中部地区创新效率提升。同时还分析了其他影响创新效率的因素。
This paper uses DEA^BCC model to calculate the innovation efficiency of 12 inland provinces and cities, and analyzes the influence of the open to inland areas by using panel data based from 12 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to 2018 from foreign capital, foreign trade and cross-border tourism. The results show that the innovation efficiency in inland areas is on the rise, the impact of opening to the outside world on innovation efficiency in inland regions is uncertain. OFDI and OFDI improve the efficiency of innovation of inland areas, while import and export trade and cross-border tourism hinder the improvement of innovation efficiency of inland regions. The region study shows that FDI has improved the innovation efficiency of the central and western regions.Cross-border tourism hinders the improvement of innovation efficiency in central and western regions. The import and export trade improves the innovation efficiency of the central region but hinders the innovation efficiency of the western region. FDI improves the innovation efficiency of western region but hinders the innovation efficiency of central region. Other factors affecting innovation efficiency are also analyzed.
