黄河流域是我国重要的经济地带,横跨我国东中西部三个区域。流域经济带建设将有助于协调我国区域发展不平衡的问题,同时也是实现全面建成小康社会,打赢脱贫攻坚战的现实需要。黄河流域经济带的高质量发展应立足于区域自身条件、经济发展状况,以生态保护为前提,在流域分工和比较优势的视角下,依据区域自身发展条件、要素禀赋,探索适宜的富有地域特色的发展路径,达到流域在生态、人文、经济方面的综合高质量发展。

The Yellow River Basin is an important economic zone in China,which span three regions in the west,central and east of China.The construction of the river basin economic belt will help to coordinate the problem of imbalanced regional development in our country,and at the same time,it is a practical need to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and win the battle against poverty.The high-quality development of the Yellow River economic belt should be based on the region’s own conditions and economic development conditions,and on the premise of ecological protection.From the perspective of river basin division of labor and comparative advantages,according to the region’s own economic development conditions and factor endowments,explore appropriate regional characteristic development route.Finally,it will achieve comprehensive high-quality development in the ecological,humanistic,and economic aspects of the river basin.
