山西省旅游产业与生态环境耦合协调关系研究

Study on the Coupling Coordination Between Tourism Industry and Ecological Environment in Shanxi Province

山西省旅游产业和生态环境的协调发展对黄河流域高质量发展具有现实意义。构建山西省旅游产业和生态环境综合评价指标体系和耦合协调模型,研究2008-2018年间山西省旅游产业系统和生态环境系统的耦合协关系。结果发现:(1)旅游产业系统评价指数与生态环境系统评价指数总体上呈现出上升态势,两者均值分别为0.3801和0.5024,旅游产业发展相对滞后。(2)旅游产业系统与生态环境系统的耦合度较低,仅2008年两者处于低水平耦合阶段,其余年份均处于拮抗阶段。(3)山西省旅游产业系统与生态环境系统之间的耦合协调状态以轻度失调和濒临失调为主。2008年、2009年、2014年为轻度失调,2010-2012年及2015-2016年两个时间段为濒临失调,2013年、2017年以及2018年,山西旅游产业和生态环境处于勉强协调状态。

The coordinated development of tourism industry and ecological environment in Shanxi Province has practical significance for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. The comprehensive evaluation index system and coupling coordination model of tourism industry and ecological environment in Shanxi Province are constructed to study the coupling coordination between tourism industry system and ecological environment system in Shanxi Province from 2008 to 2018.The results show that:(1)The evaluation index of tourism industry system and the evaluation index of ecological environment system are on the rise, with the average values of 0.3801 and 0.5024,respectively. The development of tourism industry is relatively backward.(2) The coupling degree of tourism industry system and ecological environment system is relatively low. Only in 2008, the two are in the low-level coupling stage, and the rest of the years are in the antagonistic stage.(3) The coupling coordination state between the tourism industry system and the ecological environment system in Shanxi Province is dominated by mild maladjustment and near maladjustment. In 2008, 2009 and 2014, there was slight imbalance, 2010-2012 and 2015-2016 were on the verge of imbalance. In 2013, 2017 and 2018, Shanxi’s tourism industry and ecological environment were in a barely coordinated state.
