International Trade, Infrastructure and Transportation Cost: A Literature Review

在贸易壁垒整体趋于弱化的当下,高效的国际运输成为一国降低贸易成本、增强竞争力的首要途径。围绕这一问题,可从国际贸易运输成本的决定因素、运输成本对国际贸易的影响、跨境基础设施建设等三个主题板块进行梳理,并在客观性、综合性和跟进性方面进行拓展,推进中国国内国际贸易运输走廊的重构。

Under the circumstance of free trade, efficient international transportation has become the pivotal path for one country to reduce trade cost and to strengthen competitiveness nowadays. In this paper, the representative literature was narrated and appraised. The three thematic segments include the factors of international transportation, the influence of transportation cost on international trade and the construction of trade corridor. Succedent study should be improved in the aspects of objectivity, synthesis and tracking. More direct evidence should be provided for China to redesign the international trade corridor.
