不同果袋及套袋方式对热农1号芒果果实品质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Fruit Bags and Bagging Methods on Fruit Quality of‘Renong 1’Mango

摘要 以热农1号芒果为试材,研究了内黑外黄褐色粘底双层袋、白色微透光单层袋、双层袋黄袋转白色微透光单层袋、白色单层无纺布袋和不套袋5种处理后芒果品质差异。结果表明:套袋能明显改变热农1号果实的外观品质,减少果皮擦伤,增加果面光洁度。3种果袋透光率内黑外黄褐色粘底双层袋<白色微透光单层袋<白色单层无纺布袋,内黑外黄褐色粘底双层袋、白色微透光单层袋、内黑外黄褐色粘底双层袋转白色微透光单层袋的L、c和b值增加有利于果皮亮度、饱和度的增加,果实偏黄呈黄色或黄绿色。套白色单层无纺布袋的a值最大,最有利于热农1号芒果花色素苷的积累,果面大面积呈紫红色。不同果袋及套袋方式对热农1号果实的可食率、果皮厚度和硬度的影响不明显,可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量降低,果实糖酸比、维生素C含量明显增加。综上所述,内黑外黄褐色粘底双层袋和无纺化纤布袋有利于芒果外观和内在品质的改善,可根据需要在未来研究和生产中推广应用。 ‘Renong 1’mango was used as test material.The difference of quality under five treatments with bagging that inner black and outer yellowish brown sticky bottom double-layer bag,white micro-translucent single-layer bag,double-layer bag yellow bag to white micro-translucent single-layer bag,white single-layer non-woven bag and non-bag was studed.The results showed that bagging could significantly change the appearance quality of‘Renong 1’fruit,reduce peeling of peel and increase the smoothness of fruit surface.The light transmittance of three kinds of fruit bags are inner black and outer yellowish brown sticky bottom double-layer bag<white micro transparent single layer bags<white single layer non-woven bags.The inner black outer yellow brown sticky bottom double layer bags,white micro transparent single layer bags and inner black outer yellow brown sticky bottom double layer bags to white micro transparent single layer bags L,c and b increased,which was conducive to the increase of peel brightness and saturation,and the fruit was yellow or yellow-green.White single-layer non-woven bag a was the most conducive to the accumulation of anthocyanin in‘Renong 1’mango,and the fruit surface was fuchsia in large area.Different fruit bags and bagging methods had no significant effect on the edible rate,peel thickness and hardness of‘Renong 1’fruit.Soluble solids and titratable acid content decreased,and sugar-acid ratio and vitamin C content increased significantly.In summary,the inner black and outer yellowish brown sticky bottom double-layer bags and white single-layer non-woven bags are conducive to the improvement of mango appearance and internal quality,and can be popularized and applied in future research and production according to needs.
