Effects of Different Salinity and Alkalinity on Sperm Motility and Fertilization Rate of Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis

摘要 研究了不同NaCl盐度和NaHCO 3碱度对卡拉白鱼(Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis)精子活力及受精率的影响。结果表明:在NaCl盐度0~5 g/L范围内,随着盐度的升高,卡拉白鱼精子的快速运动时间和寿命逐渐延长;当盐度为4 g/L时,卡拉白鱼精子的激烈运动时间、快速运动时间和寿命均最长,分别为22.00、31.93和150.3 s;在碱度0~10 mmol/L范围内,精子的快速运动时间和寿命最长,分别为22.00~22.67 s和59.56~60.67 s;当NaCl盐度为3 g/L时,受精率最高,达89.43%;当碱度为0 mmol/L时受精率最高;当碱度高于10 mmol/L时,受精率出现下降趋势。 The effects of different NaCl and NaHCO 3 concentrations on the sperm motility and fertilization rate of Chalcalbur nus chalcoides aralensis were studied.The results showed that the rapid movement time and life span of the sperm increased with the increase of mass concentration of solutions within the salinity range of 0~5 g/L.The drastic movement time,rapid movement time and life span of the sperm of Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis were the longest when the salinity was 4 g/L,and the data were 22.00,31.93 and 150.3 s.Within the alkalinity range of 0~10 mmol/L,the rapid movement time and life span of the sperm were the longest,and the data were 22.00~22.67 s and 59.56~60.67 s.The fertilization rate was the highest at salinity of 3 g/L,reached 89.43.At alkalinity of 0 mmol/L,the fertilization rate reached the highest,the fertilization rate decreased when alkalinity was more than 10 mmol/L.
