摘要
在苏北池塘人工养殖条件下,测定了不同年龄大鳞鲃(Barbus capito)的体长和体质量,分析了体长-体重关系和肥满度指数的变化,并应用Logistic、Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy及Von Bertalanffy扩充方程拟合了大鳞鲃生长曲线。结果表明,1~5龄鱼体长-体质量关系为W=0.0045 L 3.2997,R^2=0.9938,属正异速生长。随着养殖时间增加,体长生长率(LRGR)和体质量生长率(WRGR)逐渐降低且显著相关(P<0.001),体长增长的能力相对体质量增长下降。肥满度在0.46~0.61之间,3龄以后变化逐渐减小。对比4种生长方程拟合结果表明,Logistic方程对大鳞鲃鱼体长和体质量生长的拟合效果最好,但结合实际测量结果和综合评价来看,大鳞鲃的生长过程还是应用VB扩充方程来描述较为合适,体长、体质量生长方程分别为L t=100.46[1-e-0.11(t+0.1997)]0.7694,W t=18268.34[1-e-0.11(t+0.1997)]2.5388,生长拐点在8.3年龄,为衰老拐点,落后于性成熟年龄,相应的体质量为5152.13 g。
The body weight,body length,length-weight relationship and condition factors of Barbus capito were determined under pond culture conditions.Logistic,Gompertz,von Bertalanffy and the von Bertalanffy’s generalised growth equations were used to fit the growth curve of B.capito.Results showed that body length-weight relationship was estimated as W=0.0045 L 3.2997 with R^2=0.9938 for 1~5 years old individuals,assuming isometric and positive allometric growth patterns,respectively.With the increase of culture time,body length growth rate(LRGR)and body weight growth rate(WRGR)gradually decreased and significantly correlated(P<0.001).With the increase of body size,the ability of body length to increase relative to body weight will be weakened.B.capito at the age of 1~5 years had a degree of condition factors between 0.46~0.61.The change gradually decreased after the age of 3 years.By comparing the fitting results of four growth equations,it was found that the Logistic growth model had the best fitting effect on the body weight growth and the body length growth of B.capito.However,the von Bertalanffy’s generalised growth equation is the best from the comprehensive evaluation of the actual fitting results.The growth equation of body length and weight was L t=100.46[1-e-0.11(t+0.1997)]0.7694,W t=18268.34[1-e-0.11(t+0.1997)]2.5388.The growth inflection point of body length and weight was 8.3 years old,which was the inflection point of senescence,lagging behind the sexual maturity age,and the corresponding body weight was 5152.13 g.
