十味归白散对酪氨酸酶活性及诱导豚鼠皮肤色素沉着的抑制作用

Inhibition effect of Shiwei Guibai Powder on tyrosinase activity and induced skin pigmentation in guinea pigs

目的研究十味归白散的美白及祛斑功效。方法测定不同质量浓度的十味归白散对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。将背部脱毛的豚鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、基质对照组、阳性对照组及十味归白散高、低剂量组,每组8只。除空白组外,其余各组连续4周照射窄谱紫外线(NB-UVB),分别在皮肤受损处涂抹相应的药物,每日1次,连续给药4周。观察皮肤组织的色素沉着变化,并测定皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果十味归白散对酪氨酸酶活性有明显的抑制作用,随着十味归白散质量浓度的增大,抑制率也随之增大。与模型组相比,十味归白散高、低剂量组的皮肤色素沉着显著减轻,SOD值极显著升高,MDA值极显著降低。结论十味归白散对酪氨酸酶的活性及皮肤色素沉着具有抑制作用,从而起到美白和祛斑的功效。

Objective To study the whitening and freckle removing effect of Shiwei Guibai Power.Methods The inhibition effect of Shiwei Guibai Powder with different concentrations on tyrosinase activity was measured.Guinea pigs with back hair removing were randomly divided into blank group,model group,matrix control group,positive control group and Shiwei Guibai Powder high dose,low dose groups,8 in each group.Except for the blank group,other groups were irradiated continuously by narrow bound ultra violet B(NB-UVB)for 4 weeks,and the appropriate drug to the lesions was applied once a day for 4 weeks.The pigmentation of skin tissue was observed and the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in skin tissue were determined.Results Shiwei Guibai Powder had a significant inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity,and as the concentration increased,the inhibition rate increased.Compared with the model group,the skin pigmentation of Shiwei Guibai Powder high dose and low dose groups was significantly reduced,and SOD was significantly increased while MDA was significantly reduced.Conclusion Shiwei Guibai Powder inhibits tyrosinase activity and skin pigmentation,and has whitening and freckle removing effect.
